On Campus: Education, Non-Profit, and Psychology Internship & Career Fair

We’re excited to invite you to the Education, Non-profit, and Psychology Internship and Career Fair on Wednesday, March18th! Join us at the Gustafson Center, building A on the campus map, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This is a chance to meet leading industry professionals and explore exciting career paths in education, psychology, and with non-profit organizations.

Why Attend?

  • Learn about internships and job opportunities in areas like teaching, counseling, social work, community outreach, and program coordination.
  • Network with professionals from schools, mental health organizations, advocacy groups, and community service agencies.

How to Prepare:

  • Take a look at the employers attending to see what areas they are hiring for.
  • Schedule an appointment with an advisor in our office to update your resume.
  • Review our Resume Guide and short video about professional attire.
  • Complete your profile in Handshake and upload your resume.

What to Expect:

  • We extend an invitation to a wide range of employers to participate in the fair and do our best to have representation from diverse industries.
  • Be prepared to introduce yourself to employers and share some information about your background, experience, and interests.
  • Bring multiple copies of your resume.
  • Please dress in what makes you feel most confident and is reflective of your identity and aligns with the context of the job you’re seeking. While we value individuality and personal expression, we ask that attendees avoid attire that might not be suitable for a professional setting, such as pajamas, graphic tees, gym attire, or overly casual clothing.
