In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Early Careers Programming and will have the opportunity to grow and develop programs and other strategic talent initiatives. You’ll help to be on the lookout for the brightest minds from universities and colleges to join ADT’s Summer Internship Program. - Assist in the recruitment of top talent from universities and colleges. Collaborate with internal recruitment stakeholders and HR teams to identify key academic institutions and majors for targeted recruitment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations.
- Attend career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to promote the company and its opportunities to potential candidates.
- Engage with students and recent graduates through various channels (social media, email, campus events) to generate interest in internship and entry-level positions. Provide information about the company culture, career paths, and benefits.
- Assist us in developing, managing, and evaluating talent acquisition programs such as internships, co-op programs, diversity and rotational programs. Monitor program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Actively work to recruit a diverse group of candidates and support our company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in early career programming and talent acquisition.
- Support intern retention and conversion into full-time roles or for future opportunities.
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree
- One year (1) of experience in corporate, entry-level, or similar type recruiting
- Up to 20 % travel for recruitment activities and events
What will set you apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in coordinating and managing recruitment events.
- One (1) year of experience recruiting for internships and early career programs.

Location
This role requires you to be onsite three days a week at our Boca Raton, FL headquarters. The other two days are remote, offering the flexibility you need while still engaging in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
