Job Description: Sales Internship – Alexia Network Foundation (501(c)(3))
About Us: The Alexia Network Foundation is a Kundalini Foundation dedicated to empowering lives through charitable and educational support. Our services include flyers, spiritual speakers (on any topic), posters, brochures, social media ads, greeting cards, and spiritual courses.
Position: Ongoing Sales Intern (Paid Commission)
Location: Remote
Commitment: 5-10 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach: I will assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, sponsors, and clients to promote our services.
- Marketing Support: Develop and execute marketing strategies for promoting flyers, spiritual speakers, and other services through social media, emails, and outreach campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs, explain services, and follow up on inquiries.
- Proposal Writing: Help in drafting proposals and presentations to support sales initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and new sales opportunities.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and social media ads.
- Event Support: Supports the planning and coordinating events related to fundraising or promotional activities.
- Reporting: Provide weekly progress reports and updates on sales activities and client engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, focusing on professionalism and client engagement.
- Sales Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning sales techniques, with a proactive approach to seeking new opportunities.
- Digital Marketing Experience: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of marketing strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and staying organized while working independently.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct market and industry research.
- Creativity: A creative mindset for developing unique marketing materials and promotional content.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate focusing on Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media marketing tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to 5-10 hours per week.
