The Role
The coordinators are key essential in driving our talent attraction strategies, supporting an effective recruitment process. Through building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, our Coordinators’ aim to find the best talent in the market.
This role will require someone to be able to go onsite to the Phoenix, AZ location at least 3 days a week.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offer and onboarding.
- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. pre-employment screening vendor) and other account stakeholders.
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
- Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.
Skills & Experience
Critical Knowledge
- Prior experience onboarding employees through Workday is required.
- Effective English business communication skills, written and oral.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.
Desirable Knowledge
- Working knowledge of recruitment technology and systems.
- Project management.
- Providing solutions on out-of-scope task and consulting to senior coordinator/leads.
- Familiarity with one or more sectors that we operate in e.g., Defense, Engineering, Technology, Pharmaceutical or Financial Services etc.
