We are looking for a HCM Compliance and Risk Analyst Intern. This role is a full-time, internship role and is remote. The internship dates are June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with payroll processing and time entry follow-up
- Work with compliance, payroll, benefits, and risk management to complete playbooks for various processes within their teams
- Work within HR systems, including Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Prepare materials and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Assist with the collection and organization of HR data for reporting
- Support the HR team with special projects
What You’ll Need
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Comfort level with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Excel

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
