Summary

Become a highly prepared educator through hands-on classroom experience, a Master of Arts in Teaching, dual certification, and unparalleled coaching and support. We’re seeking passionate individuals in Elementary Education, Secondary Math, and Secondary Literacy in Greater DC Metro, Baltimore & Central Maryland, Dallas, and Philadelphia. Fellows commit to at least three years in the classroom, building lasting impact from day one.

Compensation

  • Year 1: Fellowship stipend up to $40,000 + benefits.
  • Years 2-4: Full-time teaching salary $50,000–$60,000 + education awards, grants, and scholarships (totaling $22,000–$25,000 for eligible participants).

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree by June 2026
  • Minimum 2.75 undergraduate GPA
  • US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or DACA recipient
