Gravity IT Resources is looking for bright, energetic and committed new college graduates interested in building a career in Leadership and Sales. The first step in your Gravity Leadership and Sales career is the Talent Agent position. Gravity Talent Agents are tasked with helping our clients staff their most important IT projects and positions. As a Gravity Talent Agent, you will manage all aspects of the recruitment process and build genuine personal relationships with IT professionals. Gravity Talent Agents discover each candidate’s skills, goals and career interests and match candidates to appropriate client jobs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in client calls to learn about client and job requirements
- Review job requirement forms to determine specifics of each IT job search
- Research technologies and positions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each IT job search
- Develop interview questions to evaluate candidate fit for each IT job search
- Source candidates that fit client and job requirements using internal Gravity platforms (Bullhorn ATS) and public platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, ZoomInfo)
- Message candidates via text, email and LinkedIn to create interest in each IT job search
- Make 30+ daily outbound phone calls to candidates to build meaningful, genuine relationships and understand candidate’s current skills, goals and career aspirations
- Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates to determine fit for each IT job search
- Administer technical assessments to validate candidate skills and competencies
- Complete thorough reference checks with previous supervisors to validate candidate skills and competencies
- Negotiate candidate salaries and pay rates to meet candidate/client/Gravity requirements
- Write compelling candidate profiles that highlight your candidate’s fit and qualifications for each IT job search
- Schedule and coordinate client interviews for candidates
- Prep candidates to successfully interview with clients
- Lead final negotiations between candidates and clients on important details including pay rates, salaries, signing bonuses, relocation bonuses, etc.
- Manage candidate onboarding including client paperwork, drug screens, background checks, etc.
- Continue to serve as a resource for candidates post-placement, including collecting performance feedback, providing updates on contract end dates, etc.
