About Us
Mentavi Health is transforming access to comprehensive mental health care through innovative telehealth diagnostic evaluations and medication management services. We operate two distinct digital properties: ADHDOnline.com (our established D2C brand) and Mentavi.com (our expanding B2B and multi-condition D2C platform). As we scale beyond ADHD into broader mental health services including anxiety, depression, OCD, and more, we’re building digital experiences that serve both direct-to-consumer patients and B2B referral partners including physicians, therapists, universities, and employers.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated Marketing & Growth Intern to support our marketing team in creating engaging content, managing social media, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in healthcare marketing, digital content creation, and learning how a fast-growing telehealth company operates. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions while contributing to meaningful work that improves mental health care access.
This internship will work closely with our Marketing & Growth Coordinator and Senior Director of Business Growth, providing exposure to content strategy, social media management, website coordination, and cross-functional project support.
This is a VIRTUAL/REMOTE role requiring a minimum of 10 HOURS. We’re flexible with scheduling around academic commitments.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Social Media Support
- Assist in developing short-form copy for social media posts, helping maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
- Support social media scheduling and community engagement monitoring
- Help research content ideas and trends relevant to mental health and telehealth
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks using Canva or similar tools
- Contribute to content calendar planning and organization
Digital Marketing & Website Support
- Assist with gathering content and coordinating website updates
- Help maintain organized asset libraries and marketing collateral
- Support basic website quality assurance testing
- Learn to use Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor basic performance metrics
- Assist with email marketing tasks and campaign coordination
Project Coordination & Administrative Support
- Help track project timelines and deliverables in project management tools
- Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up task coordination
- Support the organization of marketing documentation and resources
- Contribute to marketing reports and performance tracking
- Assist with research projects and competitive analysis as needed
Learning & Development
- Participate in team meetings to learn about marketing strategy and execution
- Gain exposure to healthcare marketing regulations and best practices
- Develop skills in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Shadow cross-functional collaboration between marketing, business development, and clinical teams
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related Healthcare field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Genuine interest in healthcare, mental health, or digital marketing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Previous internship or coursework in marketing or communications
- Interest in healthcare, psychology, or public health
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools
- Understanding of basic SEO and digital marketing concepts
- Portfolio of writing samples, social media content, or creative projects
