Participants will meet bi-weekly in small groups, creating a supportive and safe space to connect and grow with their peers.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Regularly update and manage our social media platforms to build awareness and generate interest in the program.
  • Community Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with schools, parent-teacher associations, community centers, pediatricians, and child-centered organizations to promote the program.
  • Collaborative Goal-Setting: Work with the Nurturing Neurons team to set outreach objectives and track progress towards achieving them.
  • Strategic Meetings: Participate in weekly meetings to brainstorm and refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with program goals.

Requirements:

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with team members, sharing ideas and feedback openly.
  • Initiative and Independence: A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Creativity and Organization: Strong creative skills to develop engaging content, alongside excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to creating accurate and high-quality work.
  • Reliability: Consistent in meeting deadlines and delivering on commitments.
  • Interest in Psychology: A genuine passion for topics related to psychology and mental health.
  • Versatility: Willingness to gain experience in various aspects of program outreach and community engagement.
