Position Overview
We are seeking driven, ambitious, and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates or alumni with sales experience to gain hands-on exposure to the world of private equity and M&A while developing critical sales and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners across various industries.
Initiate and build relationships with owners of blue-collar services and professional services businesses.
Qualify leads to assess interest in potential business sales or partnerships.
Effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective sellers.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations within our CRM system.
Collaborate with senior team members to refine outreach strategies and maximize lead generation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates and alumni encouraged to apply).
Previous sales, business development, or cold-calling experience preferred (internships or part-time roles included).
Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
Comfortable handling rejection and persistent in pursuing leads.
Interest in M&A, private equity, or business transactions (prior knowledge is not required but is a plus).
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
