This position is responsible for the management and supervision of staff in the Supported Living Homes assigned to their caseload. It requires the successful candidate possess the ability to perform a wide variety of duties. The Coordinator will provide supervision of the Team Leaders and DSP’s in the assigned homes and will provide training, mentoring and direction. Participate in the disciplinary actions of the staff supervised, complete annual evaluations and make recommendations for transfers, promotions, etc.
The overall goals of this position is to assist the Director in the daily operations of the Supported Living Department to train and supervise the Supported Living Team Leaders, and to ensure each home is well ran and provides superb living environments for the people in our care.
Monday-Friday 8-4, but WILL require flexibility and afterhours and weekends. Must participate in rotating on call schedule.
