Job Summary:
The Office of the Registrar is seeking an Articulation Compliance Coordinator. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.

The Articulation Compliance Coordinator position in the Office of the Registrar is a member of the Compliance Team, reporting to the Sr. Assistant Registrar – Course Articulation. This position supports compliance structures and processes that are in place for the University’s transfer course articulation activities. In concert with faculty in colleges and departments, the position ensures academic and institutional integrity bestowed on the Office of the Registrar by the Oregon State University President and Board of Trustees. Collaboration and communication are important aspects of this position for building and maintaining strong partnerships across the institution. This position will be expected to communicate both internally and externally to the University, as well as to collaborate externally with other institutions, to support OSU’s transfer course articulation program.
Success in this position includes the ability to pivot quickly within an ever-changing environment; comfort with ambiguity and flexibility are important. The Articulation Compliance Coordinator role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and determining course articulations, collaborating with faculty when appropriate and engaging with accreditation standards and federal department of education compliance standards related to articulation when necessary. This position supports the maintenance of course articulation tables within the student information system (SIS) and supports a university-wide effort to improve the university’s transfer evaluation processes to ensure student success at Oregon State University.

What You Will Need
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Work experience with curriculum development/assessment, academic advising, and/or course evaluation.
• A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Administrative experience with a student information system (e.g., Banner, Colleague, Jenzebar).
• Experience providing exceptional internal customer service, with the demonstrated ability to take appropriate actions when critical situations arise.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to produce work both accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with administrative management and academic constituencies.
This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per University Standard: 05-010 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions.
What We Would Like You to Have
• Experience with course articulation.
• Experience with degree audits (DegreeWorks or similar).
• Ability to work within an environment where ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly are commonplace.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner and CollegeSource TES.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office software.
• Experience learning new software or processes quickly.
• Ability to self-assess performance and to improve both personal and team efficiency.
