Insurance Sales Representative – New England
Applicant MUST live in New Hampshire or Massachusetts
RT Consulting seeks a sales professional to represent our Association client across New England, with primary focus on NH and MA markets. You’ll drive growth by selling exclusive insurance solutions to businesses with fleets of 5 or more vehicles, automotive, roads, fuel, and related industries.
This is a full-time outside sales position responsible for prospecting, educating, and closing sales deals with brokers, consultants and employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and close new business opportunities with fleet operators (5+ vehicles)
- Build strategic relationships with brokers and automotive industry partners
- Execute targeted sales strategies across the New England territory
- Maintain deep market knowledge to provide consultative value
Ideal Background:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, especially insurance or benefits
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building capabilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Knowledge of benefits administration / HR management
- Industry knowledge in transportation, automotive, or insurance preferred
- Goal-oriented and competitive mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets
