>> My name's Justin DiPietro. I cofounded a company named SaleMove. And basically we try to bring the consultant of sale to online commerce. So it's a software company. And prior to that, I was a strategy consultant for Eccentric. I was on like 9 different clients. Maybe 13 or 14 different engagements. Flying all around the United States just working with the clients' operation and growth strategy. And with a concentration on innovation. So a typical day, I work like 16, 17 hours a day, generally. Including weekends a lot of times. We pretty much have 3 different clients. I have like investors, so I have to satisfy them and get new ones. I have tons of meetings with investors. Get new clients. So work with clients, current clients, new clients. Work with like I have a sales guy. I burke with a sales guy or sell myself to get new clients. And then I have a product barrier. So I work with the developers. Probably like 60 percent of my day is product. Then the other's 20, 20. Work with developers like building out the product, making sure everything's perfect. Testing the product. The rebuilding and rebuilding and hiring more developers. Interviewing more developers, interviewing other candidates. And then the like 120th percent of my day is like working, making sure the books are right, making sure I'm not going to run out of money. Taking out the trash, anything that needs to be done, no one else is going to do it for you. I always knew that people worked a lot when they started companies, but I never understood what they actually did. I've tried to start some things in the past while I was at school and even when I just left school on the side. And realizing now, like there's no way that they could have succeeded because of how much really has to be done. And once you figure out like, once you really start something, then you really realize how much time investment is involved.
