Jamie Buckner is the Talent Acquisition Manager over our Talent Acquisition Unit at the CA Department of Housing and Community Development. She started with the State in May 2023 as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst focusing on Recruitment and Exams. Prior to joining the State, she worked in the private sector for seven (7) years in recruitment for startup and larger corporate businesses nationwide in capacities of a Coordinator and Full-Lifecycle Recruiter.
Chris Martin is the Talent Acquisition Analyst at the CA Department of Housing and Community Development. He started with the state in March of 2014 as a Personnel Specialist focusing on HR/Payroll. Prior to joining the state, he worked at Xfinity and VSP in their HR/Payroll department.
Michelle Castro is currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Analyst for the California Department of Housing and Community Development. She began my state career in June 1992 as an Office Assistant and have since held a variety of roles, ultimately transitioning into my current position as a Recruitment Analyst. Before joining state service, she was a full-time parent.
